The Brief:
This project was conceived as an educational entity. The buildings and gardens around the buildings illustrated the evolution of architecture and landscape architecture in various millenia in the Arab world.
The Concept:
It was imperitive that the public could visit the buildings as well as strolling through the gardens with pathways surrounded by endemic plants and trees.
The Challenge:
Marketing this recreational site was essential to ensure a sustainable financial entity.
Before Construction:
The old garden was badly neglected. There was a clear view down, from the surrounding road through the old woody shrubs into the garden.
